At DIGITALENT we are committed to developing our project in a responsible and sustainable manner, without putting at risk the capabilities of new generations, seeking a balance between business growth, care for the environment and social welfare, and trying to provide everyone with the same opportunities so that no one is left behind.

After defining the priorities of DIGITALENT GROUP and selecting, on the one hand, those sets of objectives that have a greater impact and, on the other, those that could minimise the negative impact, it has been decided to focus on the following SDGs:

Implementation of a roadmap of activities and projects with clear objectives setting a high bar through the attainment of widely recognised seals and certifications in development.

INTEGRATE & INVOLVE

ASK (“Awareness on Sustainability Kudos”)

Extending the adoption and training on SDG within the DIGITALENT group and throughout our entire ecosystem (employees, alumni, teachers and collaborating companies), moving it towards the endeavour for sustainability projects.

MEASURE & MEND

Monitor and measure the impact of what we do through technological tools, by establishing clear metrics for the Group in order to repair the environment or damage through relevant actions and projects.

DISSEMINATE

Development of communication plans and channels to share our experience, internally with our stakeholders and externally to become a benchmark for others who could replicate our model using our blueprint.

GREEN

Environmental policy of the DIGITALENT group consists of:

  • Obtaining B Corporation certification.
  • The measurement of the carbon footprint generated by employees, faculty and students through Salesforce Net Zero Cloud. 
  • The implementation of clean energy, reduction of energy consumption, paperless environments, waste separation.
  • Offsetting our excess carbon footprint by planting trees.

SCHOLARSHIPS

DIGITALENT favours equal opportunities for education and the promotion of talent. In this sense, the group’s institutions grant scholarships aimed at Female talent, Entrepreneurs, Excellence, Unemployment, Globalism and Sustainability.

FOUNDATION

DIGITALENT has the ISDIGITAL Foundation, a foundation whose objective is to bring the advantages and opportunities that come with the digital revolution to society as a whole. Our mission is to contribute to digital empowerment through education, the development of digital skills and support for the digitisation of social impact projects.
