OUR STORY
In September 2020, Magnum Partners, the leading private equity fund in Spain and Portugal, and the founders of ISDI, the leading digital business school, joined forces to develop an educational project that was soon joined by other leading institutions such as Skylab Coders (December 2020), ISDE (February 2021), ESERP (May 2021), IEBS (October 2021), DIGITECH (January 2022), FORMADORES IT (August 2025), as well as the startup accelerator IMPACT. In addition, the creation of the ENDOR university (September 2025) is being promoted.
All these institutions form DIGITALENT: a global group focused on excellence in education for the digital era to accelerate employability, entrepreneurship, and business transformation.
DIGITALENT is a selectively global project based in Spain, with a presence in Latin America, the United States, and some European countries. It offers higher education programs such as master’s degrees, executive courses, bachelor’s degrees, training cycles, certifications, in-company training, and startup acceleration.
The schools in the DIGITALENT group are leaders in their respective markets of specialization and occupy strategic positions in broad educational environments where digitization is an urgent necessity. Together, they bring more than 35 years of experience, training expertise, and connections to employability in the digital, technology, programming, law, business, and humanities sectors, with more than 60,000 students trained.
As a group, these institutions benefit from academic, digital, and market synergies, implementing leading and innovative content, methodologies, and technologies for education in the digital era. DIGITALENT Group has extensive academic experience in the delivery of undergraduate, graduate and professional training: all of its schools have already trained more than 60 000 students. The classes are taught face-to-face, online and in hybrid format at its campuses in Madrid, Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca, Oviedo, Mexico City, Montevideo, Boston, New York and through the best platforms for online training.
The faculty of DIGITALENT institutions is composed of a combination of doctors and expert professors, together with leading experts and professionals, coming out of companies and from around the world in each one of the different specialisation areas. It includes agreements with numerous Spanish, American, and British universities as well as others from around the world.
In addition, DIGITALENT is at the forefront of education technologies (EdTech) as a pioneer in the management of quality e-learning platforms or in the authentication of diplomas through Blockchain. It includes strategic academic agreements to provide official training and certifications from the main digital players such as Google or Salesforce.
DIGITALENT is at the forefront of job creation, with many programmes where employability is very close to 100 %. The specialisation of DIGITALENT institutions within their respective verticals and its continuous contact with the industry makes it possible to identify and anticipate new professions and capacities that emerge from digitisation and therefore continuously update the academic content of programmes with the skills and abilities that meet the needs the company is demanding. This is complemented by numerous employability agreements with companies and an extensive job bank.
In parallel, DIGITALENT has an incubator and one of the most important start-up accelerators in Europe, which allows it to channel the entrepreneurial activity of its alumni.
